The security of your BK8Malaysia account username and password is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. BK8Malaysia will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact BK8Malaysia support immediately.

All financial transactions on BK8Malaysia are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. BK8Malaysia accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:
Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no general maximum limit, though limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your BK8Malaysia account in under one minute.
Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for regular members and higher for VIP members. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier — from 24 hours (Bronze) to 30 minutes (Diamond).
Important: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit. BK8Malaysia reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary for security purposes. No additional fees are charged by BK8Malaysia for any transaction.

BK8Malaysia offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
General Rollover Requirements:
Bets placed on different games contribute to rollover completion at different rates. Baccarat and Live Casino games contribute 100% toward rollover. Slots contribute 100%. BK8Malaysia reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: holding multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, contrarian betting across accounts, or any activity deemed to constitute bonus fraud.

All games offered on BK8Malaysia – including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, slots, Sports Betting, and e-sports – have specific rules displayed within the respective game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.
BK8Malaysia uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies for all digital games. For live casino games (live dealer), physical cards are used and shuffled in real time in front of the camera. All game outcomes are final and not subject to dispute unless there is solid verifiable evidence of a technical error.
In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, BK8Malaysia will use system records to determine the status of the bet.
